When we pray
We ask God
For what we desire
Something that is good
Something that has purpose
Something that has potential
Of being a blessing
But for reasons we can't understand
God says no
We question our faith
We doubt our motives
We can't understand why
So then we have no choice
But to trust
That His plan is best
The next time we pray
We ask God
For what we desire

Of being a blessing
And this time
God says yes

Indeed God is faithful to all His promises even though there are times when we wonder.. but it is ALWAYS according to His timing and not ours.. Congrats!!!! we celebrate the birth of Isaiah
